Maintenance Request Form
To submit a maintenance request for your apartment unit or common area, please fill out the form below. Staff check requests Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
If your request is an emergency, please contact the following:
- Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM: 651.515.1725
- After hours: 651.356.3595
Amenities Requests
Residents have access to a plethora of campus amenities, some of which may be reserved in advance. These include:
- Golf Simulator (1-hour time slots, free to use)
- Outdoor Gas Grill (2 available, free to use)
- Community Room ($50 fee)
- Guest Suite ($95 per night)
To reserve an amenity: Contact the front desk receptionist by calling 651.515.1725 or visiting her/him. Residents are encouraged to make their reservation a day in advance. (Guest Room reservations must be made at least five days in advance.)
