DESCRIPTION:Free wellness screenings are available for those 65+ at the Aŋpétu Téča Community Center in Roseville! Sponsored by Lyngblomsten Community Services\, the Faith Community Nurses Network of the Twin Cities is bringing 45–60 minute appointments to metro residents. \nSome of the things that your wellness screening could include are: \n\nHave the opportunity to learn about your body composition metrics\, screen for cognitive changes\, risk factors for dementia\, and depression on your terms\nSet individualized goals\nDevelop a whole-person wellness plan\nSpeak to a registered nurse about your overall wellness & barriers you face\nGet connected to resources in your community that can support your wellness goals\nInfluence programming in your community\n\nThis is not meant to replace a doctor’s visit; there is minimal overlap.
