Assisted living is offered on our Como Park campus at The Heritage at Lyngblomsten, a 60-unit market-rate assisted living apartment building for adults age 55+.

- Apartments range in size from 440–940 square feet
- Studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom layouts
- Dining room and lounges for delicious meals and activities
- Resident assistants on staff 24/7 to provide personal assistance
- Basic assisted living services included as part of your monthly rent, including laundry and linen changes, light housekeeping, and escorts to meals
- Assistance with personal cares (e.g., bathing/ showering, dressing, medication management, diabetes care) based on your level of care needs
- Utilities: garbage, recycling, heat, and electricity included in rent
