The Heritage at Lyngblomsten is a 60-unit fair market-rate assisted living apartment building for people aged 55+. We offer personalized living without the worries of maintaining a home. A variety of opportunities for social activities and other services are available. Involved management and staff promote the feeling of a caring family.

The Heritage at Lyngblomsten Apartment Features

  • Apartments range in size from 440–940 square feet
  • Studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom layouts
  • Kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stove)
  • Walk-in showers
  • Central air conditioning
  • Large walk-in closet/storage area
  • Emergency call system
  • Casper care system (motion sensors)
  • Satellite TV service
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Dogs or cats are permitted (20 pounds or less)
  • Access to beautiful living and dining rooms for shared activities and delicious meals

Services & Amenities

A full-time Service/Activities Coordinator on staff assists with finding resources and arranging extra services residents may need.

A robust calendar is offered—including art programs, exercise classes, monthly birthday parties, garden club, and more—plus outings planned and organized by residents (with staff assistance). Click here to view a sample activities calendar for The Heritage at Lyngblomsten.

Utilities include heat, water, air conditioning, electric, garbage, cable, and WiFi. Each unit has a phone, which has an additional cost.

A chef-prepared 3-course midday meal/lunch is offered (at an additional fee) daily in the community dining room. Breakfast (free) and dinner meals are available for pickup or delivery (additional fee).

Assisted living services are available 24 hours a day. Before moving in, the resident fills out an application and has a health assessment completed by a Lyngblomsten nurse. A service contract is then prepared, describing the exact services to be provided and what the charges will be. Additional assessments are conducted during a resident’s stay to ensure they are receiving the assistance they need.

The Heritage at Lyngblomsten features 3 studios, 52 one-bedroom, and 5 two-bedroom apartments. Three units are equipped with special modifications for persons with disabilities. Rent varies with floor plan/apartment size.
