A Continuum of Care Campus

Lyngblomsten’s multiple levels of housing & healthcare services and programs are designed to meet the needs of those we serve through all stages of aging.

Our campus offers several options for older adults who are no longer able or no longer desire to live by themselves in their homes. Our continuum-of-care services allow a person to live independently in our senior housing, to add home health services as needed, and to use skilled nursing care for transitional/rehabilitative care or for long-term general care or memory care.

Lyngblomsten Community Services supports older adults living in their own homes and apartments, as well as their family caregivers.
