Knowing When and Where to Move

Moving from your home to a new setting can come with big emotions and stress for you and your care partner. Join Lisa Brown as she discusses knowing the right time to move and how to determine the best living option for you and your care partner. You’ll also learn about what you can expect when moving someone living with dementia and how you can best take care of yourself during this process.
