The Lyngblomsten Foundation Spring Gala is on Friday, April 21 at Vadnais Heights Commons.  This year’s event is raising funds for the continuum of supportive services Lyngblomsten offers to persons with memory loss and their caregivers, including:

• The Gathering (group respite)
• Support groups
• One-on-one caregiver coaching
• Resource and referral support
