April 20, 2018
Lyngblomsten Services has been awarded a Live Well at Home grant for $132,388 from the Minnesota Department of Human Services to provide in-home respite services for people caring for older adults with Alzheimer's disease , including virtual in-home services provided on a short-term basis from a remote location.
Live Well at Home grants help older Minnesotans remain in their homes rather than move to nursing homes or other more expensive settings.
