April is Parkinson’s Disease Awareness Month

Lyngblomsten is proud to lead the way in offering care, support, and resources to persons with Parkinson’s disease and their families.  In addition to providing a program for specialized Parkinson’s disease care at the Care Center:

• We are part of the Struthers Parkinson’s Care Network
• We offer a support group for persons with Parkinson’s and their caregivers
• We sponsor and participate in Moving Day Twin Cities, which raises funds for the National Parkinson Foundation (search for “Team Lyngblomsten”)
