Providing medical & personal care while promoting safety, dignity, comfort & person-centered choices in neighborhood-style settings
At the Lyngblomsten Care Center in St. Paul, there are 10 unique general long-term care neighborhoods (small groupings of resident rooms) from which to choose your new home. Our caregivers, including chaplains, provide care for the human spirit as well as physical health.
Following our person-centered model of care, residents make as many of their own choices and decisions as possible, allowing us to honor their personal preferences. Residents, caregivers, families, and volunteers grow strong ties through ongoing relationships.
