DESCRIPTION:The Waters Run Deep explores the many ways music connects us—to one another\, to our stories\, and to the world around us. The Summer Singers’ interactive performances invite audiences to listen\, participate\, and experience music from new perspectives. The performance is followed by a Q&A. \nThe Summer Singers provide our community with a cappella music at the highest level of artistry. They bring passion and appreciation for choral music to the greater community. SUMMARY:Memory Loss Caregivers Support Group (In Person)
DESCRIPTION:Family and friends who are caring for someone experiencing Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia are welcome to participate in this free support group offered by Lyngblomsten Community Services. Meets the 4th Tuesday of the month. Each support group meeting lasts about one hour. \nGroups are facilitated by Lisa Brown\, MSW\, LISW\, Caregiver Services Program Coordinator. If you are interested in participating in a group\, please contact us at 651.632.5320 or caregiving@lyngblomsten.org to sign up. Registration is preferred\, but walk-ins are welcome. \nA virtual version of this support group meets every second Tuesday via Zoom.
