Dementia Caring & Coping: You Don’t Have to Navigate Dementia Alone

Representatives from the MAAA Care Ecosystem, the GUIDE Program, and Lyngblomsten Community Services will discuss programs and services that support people living with dementia and their family caregivers. Learn about care navigation, caregiver resources, and community-based programs and supports that are designed to help individuals and families throughout the dementia journey.

Local community organizations will have resources available that highlight dementia services that promote well-being and independence.
