MN Opera Connections: The Many Deaths of Laila Starr

This four-week series takes a deep dive into the upcoming MN Opera world premiere of The Many Deaths of Laila Starr, based on the graphic novel by Ram V and Filipe Andrade. We will explore the graphic novel together and get a sneak peek into the opera. Participants are also invited to attend the Student Dress Rehearsal of the opera at the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts on Thursday, October 29.

Classes are held in the Dining Room of the Lyngblomsten Apartments (1455 Almond Ave, St. Paul) from 3–4 PM on Tuesdays, October 6, 13, and 27 and November 3.

MN Opera Connections workshops are free and open to the public.
