Join Lyngblomsten and teaching artist Caitlin Lucic for an engaging introduction to orchestral percussion. Discover what it’s like from the back of the orchestra and learn how the percussion section enhances the overall symphonic sound.
During this interactive session, Caitlin will share a wide variety of orchestral excerpts, offering an up-close look at the instruments and a chance to hear the percussion parts performed live. From dramatic crashes to subtle rhythmic textures, you will gain new insight into how percussion brings orchestral music to life.
