Free Wellness Screenings (Como Park)
Join Lyngblomsten Community Services and the Faith Community Nurse Network of the Greater Twin Cities for free wellness screenings for adults 65+ on Tuesday, November 17. These 45–60 minute appointments will be held from 9:30 AM to 2 PM at Lyngblomsten’s Como Park campus (1415 Almond Ave., St. Paul). The screenings are open to the community, and ASL interpreters will be present.
Learn about your body composition metrics and screen for depression, cognitive changes, and dementia risk factors on your terms. Speak to a registered nurse to set individualized goals and develop a whole-person wellness plan. Then, get connected to the resources in your community that you need.
This is not meant to replace a doctor’s visit; there is minimal overlap. In your appointment, however, you will have a thoughtful discussion about your wellness, what brings you joy, and what is next in your wellness journey.
