Free Wellness Screenings

Free wellness screenings are available for those 65+ at the Aŋpétu Téča Community Center in Roseville! Sponsored by Lyngblomsten Community Services, the Faith Community Nurses Network of the Twin Cities is bringing 45–60 minute appointments to metro residents.
Some of the things that your wellness screening could include are:
- Have the opportunity to learn about your body composition metrics, screen for cognitive changes, risk factors for dementia, and depression on your terms
- Set individualized goals
- Develop a whole-person wellness plan
- Speak to a registered nurse about your overall wellness & barriers you face
- Get connected to resources in your community that can support your wellness goals
- Influence programming in your community
This is not meant to replace a doctor’s visit; there is minimal overlap. In your wellness screening appointment, however, you will have a thoughtful discussion about your wellness, what brings you joy, and what is next in your wellness journey.
