Client Satisfaction Survey 2026 for The Heritage at Lyngblomsten

Lyngblomsten’s mission is to enhance the quality of life for older adults.  How can we be sure we’re doing that?  By asking you for feedback!

The survey is brief—just a few questions!  You are encouraged to not only take the survey, but also to include comments with your ratings.  Your remarks will give us helpful insight into what is going well and what needs improvement.  The survey is available now until Tuesday, June 2.
