Home for More than a Century
The Lyngblomsten campus in St. Paul is nestled in the quaint, residential Como Park neighborhood of St. Paul. Although the original “Lyngblomsten Home for the Aged” building that was constructed in 1912 is gone, we have continued to call this location “home” for more than a century.
Our campus is located at:
1415 Almond Avenue
St. Paul, MN 55108
Continuum of Care Campus
Multiple levels of housing & healthcare services with lifestyle choices
Lyngblomsten’s programs and services are designed to meet the needs of those we serve through all stages of aging.
Our campus offers several options for older adults who are no longer able or no longer desire to live by themselves in their homes. Our continuum-of-care services allow a person to live independently in our senior housing, to add home health services as needed, and to use skilled nursing care for transitional/rehabilitative care or for long-term general care or memory care.
Our community services also support older adults living in their own homes and apartments, as well as their family caregivers.
Be Part of a Community
The benefit of our campus setting is the option for couples, family, or friends to live very near to each other—and be a part of a community—even though their level of healthcare needs may be different.
No matter what setting you choose, our community of support—a cast of donors, volunteers, corporate congregations, employees, families, and participants—is dedicated to building upon our Christian foundation and legacy of compassion for older adults to create a campus that feels like home.
Our campus includes the following facilities:
- The Heritage at Lyngblomsten: market-rate senior rental apartments
- Lyngblomsten Apartments: subsidized senior rental apartments
- Care Center: 24-hour skilled nursing home and transitional care unit
- Lyngblomsten Community Services
- Newman-Benson Chapel at Lyngblomsten
