Pop-Up Arts Memory Café

Held in the Community Room (lower level)

 

The Pop-Up Arts Memory Café, hosted by Lyngblomsten Community Services, is a chance for persons living with memory loss and their care partners to come together in a friendly environment to connect, laugh, express their creativity, and receive helpful caregiving information.

Each session of the Memory Café includes:

  • Time to socialize over coffee and treats

  • A hands-on art project for those with memory loss, led by teaching artist Harper Steinbach

  • A time for care partners to connect, facilitated by Lyngblomsten social worker Lisa Brown

*Dates: August 14 & 28, September 11 & 25, October 9 & 23, November 13 & 27, and December 11. Attend as many or as few sessions as you'd like.

Cost: Contributions are welcome but not required.
