Welcome! Lyngblomsten Community Services welcomes
all people and fosters a climate of purposeful inclusion of everyone.

Lyngblomsten Community Services empowers older adults and family caregivers to live well at home. Serving people in St. Paul and the east/northeast metro, we offer in-person and virtual programs, including: 

• Enrichment programming for those living with memory loss:  Memory Collective, The Gathering group respite

• Support for family and friends in caregiver roles:  Information and referral services, memory loss support groups, educational opportunities, respite programming

• Wellness education:  Evidence-based wellness classes (e.g. falls prevention), The Healthy Brain presentation, 10 Signs of Dementia presentation

• Resources to churches:  Care Ministry Network, Parish Nurse Ministry Resource Group, presentations on topics related to aging
